Fitness Tip #44: Track Steps

Tracking steps can be a very useful tool when on a fitness journey. Especially, for someone who works a sedentary job and/or needs to lose weight and lower body fat. 

I speak from personal experience, there was a point in time when I worked at an office job and needed to lose some weight and lose some body fat. That’s when I decided to get a watch in order to track steps. I found it very helpful in motivating me to get more steps in a day and that really helped. 

Another way of getting enough steps in a day is to determine the number of steps taken per hour and going on two to three walks throughout the day to reach step goals.
