Fitness Tip #56: Static Stretching

Personally, I enjoy doing static stretching at the end of my workout. I find it great for cooling down after a workout. I’m not an expert at all things static stretching but from doing my own research I have found doing some static stretching at the end of my workouts has been helpful. 

Here are some positives of static stretching.

  • Increases flexibility
  • Helps in muscle recovery
  • Helps relieve stress
