Having a solid foundation by mastering the fundamentals can lead to amazing results and aid in reaching fitness goals. Plus, they are great in personal growth and development. This makes mastering the fundamentals an amazing part of becoming Routinely Fit. So, what are these fundamentals? My Personal Experience with Mastering the Fundamentals
Let me paint a picture of who I was to better understand why these fundamentals are so important in many parts of life.
