Fitness Tip #49: Limit Screen Time

In today’s world there are plenty of shows, movies, and other things to watch on TV, phones, and computers. However, many of those things can be rewatched at a different time and can wait. Your health and fitness matters more than watching a show that can be recorded and watched later at a more convenient time.
Focus on exercise, learning, and personal growth over what is on the screen. This will take some effort but should be done. Personally, something that I have found useful is to pick a time at night to stay away from the TV and go to bed.
