Fitness Tip #23: Keep Progress Clothing

It can be tough when starting on a fitness journey to track measurements, weight, and take progress photos. So, a great way to track progress when starting a fitness journey that I’ve learned personally is keeping old clothing from the very beginning of the fitness journey.
Keeping a pair of pants, shorts, shirts, jacket, and other pieces of clothing and trying them on after a few months can be a great indicator if progress is being made. This fitness tip can especially be great for building confidence and seeing results. Then, with the extra confidence, it can become more motivating to track other factors in order to keep seeing results.
Bonus points, it’s also really simple to do and doesn’t need to be tracked daily. This amazing lesson would definitely be one of my top fitness journey tracking tips when first starting on a fitness journey.
