What you will need:

  • Two Benches

How to perform the movement: 

  1. Suspend the body between two benches. Do this by placing the hands on the edge of one bench and the feet on the edge of the other bench. 
  2. Inhale and dip. You dip by bending the elbows.
  3. Then, extend the forearms to return back to the starting position. Exhale on the way back up.
