- Keep rope back as far as possible and have elbows pointing up towards the ceiling.
- Inhale and extend your forearms. Pulling the rope up towards the ceiling.
- Contract triceps hard at the top (when arms are extended)
- Slowly bring the weight back down to the starting position. Exhale when bring the weight back down.
