What you will need:

  • Dumbbells

How to perform the movement: 

  1. Stand gripping dumbbells in each hand. 
  2. Start with dumbbells in hand at your side. Palms facing each other. 
  3. Inhale and raise the forearms up. Flexing the arms. 
  4. Bring the arms back to the starting position. Exhale at the end of the movement.
