Fitness Tip #31: Try a Standing Desk

Over the years, I’ve worked a number of sedentary desk jobs and there have been plenty of times that I’ve wanted to move around more while getting my work done. Plus, there are plenty of times when I need to complete different tasks at home, and I don’t feel like sitting all day. So, I invested in a Standing Desk. It has been a very useful tool for me to not have to sit all day when doing work. Plus, it’s great for video meetings to not have to sit for long periods of time. I will say that it’s not for everyone and if someone prefers to not stand while working it definitely wouldn’t be for them. Still, it might be a useful idea in the right situation.
