Fitness Tip #36: Go on Walks Three Times a Day

Something that has been very helpful for me in lowering body fat percentage is going on walks three times a day. Simply, going on a walk in the morning, noon, and evening has done wonders in helping me lower body fat percentage and reach fitness goals one step at a time. 

When first starting, I would go on short 10–15-minute walks three times a day. Then over time, I’ve built on this and now I go on long walks almost daily and I really enjoy them.
