Look, being on a fitness journey can be challenging. Especially, if many bad habits are being swapped out for good ones. It’s hard to change but remember that the reason for the change is to become better.
Take it from me, it’s not easy and does take time but when goals are reached it becomes incredibly rewarding. Thats why the tip for this post is Getting Comfortable with Being Uncomfortable.
