Fitness Tip #10: Find Positives Everyday

Let me go ahead and say it now. Not every day will be perfect. The point of becoming Routinely Fit isn’t to be perfect, it’s to find ways to be a little bit better overtime. This takes time and patience. So, even when a day has been rough, look for the positives. For example, I might have a really busy day at work and not hit my calorie recommendation or be able to get to the gym, but perhaps because I was so busy I was able to accomplish my step count for the day or reach my daily water intake for the day. The point is to find positives each day no matter how small those positives might be. Even small positives can be steps in the right direction towards reaching fitness goals and beyond.
