Fitness Tip #43: Don’t Open Up Emails First Thing in the Morning

Personally, I noticed that when I would open emails first thing in the morning that I would find something that I felt like needed to be addressed right away. When in reality it could have waited until after a good breakfast and a morning walk. 

I also noticed that sometimes seeing certain emails first thing in the morning would stress me out and that’s no way to start a day. 

So, now I don’t look at emails until I’ve been awake for a couple of hours. This allows me to complete a good morning routine and get the day off to a great start.
