Fitness Tip #42: Be Consistent 

In order to determine progress, consistency has to be prioritized. Consistency is the key to determining if progress is being made while on a fitness journey and on the road towards personal growth. 

Mastering being consistent helps in reaching fitness goals. On my fitness journey, I didn’t see results until I started to focus on being consistent with my workouts, sleep, nutrition, walking, hydration, weigh in, calories, and other parts of my fitness journey. Keep in mind that I wasn’t perfect at being consistent. It took time and effort but by practicing consistency I was able to make adjustments, figure out what was working and what wasn’t working, and it allowed me to learn many lessons over the year on my fitness journey.
