Fitness Tip #57: Dynamic Stretching

From my experience, dynamic stretching is a really good way to prepare the body for exercise. I often will do some dynamic stretching at the beginning of my workout. Dynamic stretching involves actively moving the muscle, which involves moving joints and muscles with movements that will be performed during the workout. 

Here are some of the benefits I’ve noticed when doing dynamic stretching

  • Helps reduce injury
