For me, when I started to focus more time on choosing the right footwear, that made a real difference in my fitness results. Personally, I got a scan done on my feet by a professional to determine the proper footwear based on the arches of my feet and other factors. It also opened my eyes to focusing on ways to stretch and strengthen my feet and how important proper fitted footwear was to relieving the aches and pains I was feeling.
