What you will need:

  • Incline Dumbbell Bench
  • Dumbbells

How to perform the movement: 

  1. Sit on the incline bench with back leaning against the incline bench. 
  2. In each hand, hold a dumbbell.
  3. With the dumbbells in each hand, place arms down to your side. (see video for more information)
  4. Inhale and bend your elbows. 
  5. Focus on squeezing the biceps at the top. 
  6. Bring the dumbbells back down to the starting position in a controlled movement.
