  2. A Seat

How to perform the movement: 

  1. Sit holding a dumbbell in each hand.
  2. Start with arms hanging down.
  3. Inhale and bend the elbow lifting the weight up.
  4. Try to feel the squeeze of the bicep at the top. 
  5. Then lower the weight back down to the side in a controlled movement.
