Protein is the most filling macronutrient. It is for this reason that eating protein first before carbs and fats can be extremely beneficial for someone trying to lose weight and battle against feeling hungry.
Plus, when losing weight, protein helps with preserving muscle mass. As long as the fundamentals of a fitness journey are mastered, then this could be a helpful tool in battling hunger and losing weight.
