Fitness Tip #34: Part Time Work That Involves Movement

Reaching a fitness goal does take time and sometimes it’s hard-to-find time outside of work to get some exercise. This brings me to the fitness tip in this post which is the benefits of working part-time to increase daily movement.
When trying to reach my fitness goals, I wanted to maximize my time. So, what better way to maximize time then to do some part-time work that involves moving around more. By working jobs that included cleaning and putting up signs, I was able to increase my daily step count and push through barriers to move closer towards my fitness goal.
Plus, it’s a great way to accomplish two things at once.
