Fitness Tip #28: Put Grocery Cart Away

So, there was a point in my life where I worked in a retail and home improvement store and had to go get carts all the time. While doing this, I appreciated when people who shopped at the store would put their carts away and really appreciated it when people would actually take their cart back into the store and put it away. This brings me to my fitness tip in this post and that is Putting Grocery Cart Away.
I personally enjoy doing this one because I know that there is an employee who works at the store who really appreciates me taking the time to put the cart away. Plus, it’s beneficial in reaching my step count for the day and burning some extra calories. Double plus, by putting the cart away, I can burn more calories walking back to my car.
