Fitness Tip #25: Progress Photos

When starting a fitness journey or trying to reach a new fitness goal, I find it really cool to see the difference between the first photos of a fitness journey and all the progress made in the later photos. Here are some important tips when taking progress photos.
Taking Progress Photos Tips
- Take the photos first thing in the morning. Take them before consuming anything so there are any variables that alter the photos
- Make sure the photo is taken in the same spot, at the same time, and with the same clothing.
- Take photos of front, back, left side, and right side. You can do more images, such as, relaxed or flexed.
- Make sure the camera angle stays the same.
These are just some helpful tips that have worked for me when taking progress photos.
