Fitness Tip #21: Make Better Morning Choices

This is a fitness tip that holds a lot of value. It’s important to make great choices in the morning that lead to a productive day. I strongly believe in doing the more difficult things early in the day in order to prevent not doing them later in the day. This works when trying to reach fitness goals and, on the road, to becoming better. Here are some examples of great morning choices.
Examples of great morning choices I’ve done
- Going for a morning walk
- Going to the gym early
- Studying
- Eating a well-balanced breakfast
