Fitness Tip #9: Drink Enough Water

The benefits of water are vast. Especially on a fitness journey that involves weight loss. I mean think about it. Water has zero calories and makes up a large percentage of our body so of course it’s great on a fitness journey. Getting the daily recommended amount of water is a great way to stay healthy and fit. 

In order to get enough water in a day. I personally like to carry around a drinking container with me everywhere I go. The bottle I carry around is about a gallon and the reason I prefer doing this is that I only have to fill up my bottle once a day and it helps in determining how much water I’ve taken in throughout the day. I used to carry around smaller water bottles but would lose track of how much water I was taking in and how many times I had to fill up that water bottle throughout the day.
