Fitness Tip #7: Get Enough Sleep

This is one of the lessons that I really struggled with over the years. I used to go to bed late and get up so early in the morning that I would only get 3 to 4 hours of sleep a night. On Top of that I used to workout 6 days a week and couldn’t understand why I wasn’t getting the results I wanted, had low energy levels, and struggled to focus on daily tasks.

Eventually, I realized that what I was doing wasn’t working and decided to look at the basics and figure out what I was doing wrong and one of the biggest ones was I wasn’t getting enough sleep. So, I looked into ways to help me get enough sleep. Here is a list of some of the helpful lessons I’ve learned to get more sleep.

  • Have a nice cool bedroom.
  • Dim the lights a few hours before bedtime.
